My daughter and I have always had great service. The food is great. We go back every chance we get. Both thumbs up
Just tried the new south side location, the food, atmosphere and service were all excellent!
The food at the new location is great, as it always has been. Beautiful new building, so much more room. We ate there Friday evening, so we expected to wait to be seated....it was the slow service once seated and warm, not hot food that was a disappointment. I think they are still getting their legs and will be running smoothly in no time. I believe in supporting local businesses and I will return in a month to give them time to adjust to their new size and location. I know every staff member was doing their very best.
WONDERFUL NEW LOCATION! My husband and I have been regular customers of Tortilla Factory for years at the old south side restaurant. The new building is beautiful, service is great, and as always food is awesome! Thank you for your belief in the potential of the south side and congratulations on your new building! We will be back again and again!!
This is my favorite place has been forever now. We'll my family went for dinner waited an hour waited and watched 3 tables be sat order eat pay and leave before we got our food. We asked for boxes and got nothing but excuses. It took forever to get our change and they didn't even offer a discount. The manager had nothing to say other then " oh" at least at the old building they had customer service!!! Never again!!!
