My Family has been customers for almost 15 years. We love the food but the service has been really bad since they moved. Now after the way the Manager treated me and hung up on me today, My Family will not be returning to this restaurant ever. Most businesses in Cheyenne think that because it's a smaller town they can treat people that way and we have no choice but to return, well they are wrong, Customer Service is very important when we are choosing where to spend our money. My Family won't be returning to this restaurant.

Awsome homemade tamales with green chilies. The masa was perfect and they were stuffed with a delicious pork filling. Wish we could get these in Marietta.
I'm torn on how to review Tortilla Factory. As a frequent customer of this restaurant the ONLY thing that brings me back is the food. Because it most certainly isn't the service. Cheyenne is known for bad service but this place takes the cake. We visited today, it was busy but not too bad for Cheyenne Day. Our waitress literally threw our food down to us, never asked if we needed anything after serving food like refills or additional salsa for our entree. Always the first place I go when I'm back home!!!!
Very nice atmosphere, good food and somewhat not pleased with all the waiters/ waitresses standing around doing nothing, but it's not their fault, they need to be assigned duties during down time. Good Luck Tortilla Factory!!!!!
