I recently visited the Toyota dealership on Geary Street in San Francisco to inquire about trading in my 2012 Toyota Corolla. I cannot say enough about how horrible our experience was at Keating. I apologize for the length of this, but I do not want anyone else to deal with what happened to us. My wife and I were not in the market to buy a new car but received a Prime deal in the mail. Have used this location only for service and it has been a nightmare. They first overcharge for everything and even if you have free service options for your brand new car they find ways to add fees for everything. They leave your car filthy with handprints and dirt and take an entire day to do simple 25000 mile service appt.
We purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Everything was kept cover. We were lied to about the condition of the vehicle, and we were also deceived about all the warranties that were added to the contract whenever we were done, we actually financed double the car value do not go to this dealership
I read reviews for this Toyota dealership before I went and though to myself that there's no way everyone was having the same experience and that I would try it out.
