I have been to Torrington Toyota several times and have never had a positive experience. The arrogant teenage service manager to scheduled appointments that when I got there they told me I would have to wait for 2 hours for a recall I was told would take 45 minutes . Go there if you want lousy service…. BUT I do their commercials
