I brought my car in because the check engine light was on and paid for a diagnostic scan. They scanned the vehicle, did not fix anything, and returned my car with the check engine light still on. What makes this worse is that the issue I originally told them about turned out to be exactly what was wrong, so the scan accomplished nothing. Despite my car being under 40,000 miles and still under warranty, I was charged $207 just for the scan, which should not have happened.
