I called the Parts Dept to price a fluid for my 2017 Kia Niro since there is no local Kia dealership in my town. Since Hyundai owns Kia, a 2017 Kia Niro hybrid and a 2017 Hyundai Iconic hybrid share the exact same drivetrain. On 10/07/2026 I called in regards to my sonata not working car won’t drive I don’t remember who I initially spoke to but it was a female she made an appointment for me for 10/14/2026 for 12pm. 2025 hybrid tuscon brought in for recall. Ever since then, the screen goes black & gives false collision warnings. 16k miles. We were told there was mice damage and filed insurance claim. Torrington Hyundai left us with no vehicle for over 4 weeks and returned the vehicle only after we forced the issue, with no repair completed, and charged us $457.
