Really disappointed 😔 with the Salinas store the sales associates did not greet me. I was looking for shoes for a dress that I had previously purchased at the torrid in San Jose mall oak ridge mall. Once again the girls at Torrid Salinas went above and beyond to help me get the perfect outfit. I hate shopping, but I love this store. Honestly, do whatever is necessary to keep Sabrina & Lupita on staff because it's hard to find people who treat customers that well.
Love this store! Doesn't matter if your making a purchase, return, or exchange, the ladies at the store are always nice, polite and happy to help.
