Living in an apartment complex managed by this company has been an absolute nightmare. I had cockroaches in my apartment for over a year and the company was very slow to handle the situation. The apartment manager gave me a pack of cockroach traps after I complained another couple of times - he said they were "water bugs", but somehow I need cockroach traps. Huh? They’re not giving any payment relief during the pandemic. Horrible people. Stay in your rentals and make them evict you. Good luck.
These people are not providing any rent relief and are threatening to evict renters during a GLOBAL PANDEMIC. They are financially well-off and can afford to help their tenants but instead have chosen to be greedy and add to the danger of an already precarious situation. Disgusting.
