Dr Hunt specializes in treatment of gum disease, cosmetic procedures to aesthetically enhance your smile, and dental implants that can replace single or multiple missing teeth. We also diagnose and treat oral pathology. We strongly believe that our patients comfort is an important part of quality dental care.

Super friendly staff, very meticulous hygienists. Brian takes the time to listen to your questions and give thorough answers. You don't feel like just another body in the chair. Email and txt reminders for appointments are great.

I've been a patient of the Tasto brothers practice since they opened their Torrey Hills location in 2005 and have always left smiling. The staff is superb both in training and personality, the equipment is of the highest and latest technology and the focus on patient care and comfort could not be better. Both Doctors (Jim and Brian) are genuinely nice guys who take pride in their work, never try to "up sell" services, treat their staff respectfully and have earned the very successful practice they now enjoy together.

I recently had one of the best dentists visits ever. The dental hygienist who worked on my cleaning was very considerate of my teeth sensitivity. She asked multiple times if I was comfortable with what she was working on. She spent time to make sure that she cleaned and polished my teeth up to perfection. I walked out with a brand new smile. I love going to see Dr. Tasto and his staff.

I was able to get a next day appointment for some serious tooth pain. Dr Tasto was thorough, professional, and easy to talk to. He answered all my questions and got me a referral to an endodontist for the next day. I got my teeth cleaned in time to make my next appointment. Dental hygenist was great also. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Several family members go here also and everyone is happy.
This was my first visit and I was pleased with the welcome I received. They took the time to set-up my paper work with my insurance and review my mouth for solutions to my problems. Hopefully a good start to a long "dentist" relationship!
I was so very glad to return to Torrey Hills Dental. After an unscheduled hiatus, I was able to return to the fabulous care of Dr. Tasto and the wonderful staff. I have been going to Torrey HIlls Dental since 2008 and cannot (and will not) think of any other dental office. Thank you Torrey Hills Dental for all you do!
