Waited a week for appt. Was supposed to rehang a shower door and then determine if a second shower door in another unit that was missing a part needed repair or replacement. Starting texting before 7 am on day of appt. Demanding to know if I had the replacement parts. I texted the first job didn't need replacement, and second subsequent job needed evaluation.
