Had an incredible (honest) service experience today at Torre. My advisor gave me a total rundown of what was needed and based in my situation (going to get a new car in 6 months) he told me which repairs could wait...this was my first visit (new to the area) but they got themselves a customer!!

Great customer service and timely
Great service and relaxing waiting area to wait for your service to be done.
Had appointments for an oil change and tire rotation at 1245. Got there at 1230 car did not get dun till 3. Im sure it does not take 2 plus hours to change oil. During my waiting time no one gave me up dates. And I was told if I wanted the car washed it would take longer. Im not going back unsatisfied
