RecommendedThe staff in the service department are great. They are very attentive. They always make sure I was comfortable. They offer hot and cold beverages and fruits to snack on while we wait. They also offered shuttle services.

Returned for my second lease car and the second experience exceeded the first! Working with Bob Bailey was phenomenal! He was patient, kind and respectful. He took the time to explain all of my options - purchase vs lease, and when it was time to sign, it was fast! Questions I had about the car in the day's to follow were answered in a timely manner, and encouraged! I also worked with Jose Diaz, in sales, and Mario Lopez in finance. Went in trying to buy an Altima or Rogue, they were closing. Got paperwork started, didn’t allow for a test drive. They didn’t call after 3 days. Then said I couldn’t get approved since I had 3 auto loans open. at the end I texted and called the sales man never heard back. Went to Unicars Honda, walked out with a 2018 Accord EX-L and a 2018 Civic EX-T with $500 down and payment at the amount I wanted. Won’t recommend this place
