I take my Infiniti qx30 because it was not starting they can't figure it out what was wrong with the car. They just recommend change the engine harness for $11,000 but charge me $740 for the diagnostic that is wrong. They don't even put one hand on the car. They don't know how fix this cars. Ive been looking for a vehicle for a couple months and had visited this dealership a few weeks ago. Just bought a used 2018 Honda Civic si for $26k. (Also traded in a car) I didbt have the car for more than 24 hours and tons of warning lights went off. I took the car back to the dealer the next day and no one had answers. They changed the battery and the lights went out. I’ve now had the car for 7 days and the lights are back. Just got home from buying a used vehicle with the help of Ron and Kanoa, and I couldn't be happier! They both were so helpful throughout the whole process, answering all our questions and handling all the concerns we had very professionally. Totally worth the almost 3 hour drive!

Bringing car back for the same issue for 4th time in past 2 years. Each time, the mechanic says he doesn't know what's wrong with it, then makes a minor adjustment and it runs fine for 6 months. Had to open a Nissan Consumer Affairs case.

follow Todd Ingresoll of Ingersoll of Danbury. Quality techs with attention to detail. I have never had a service done at Bennett where I felt I had quality service, only game in town unfortunetly

had a very nice experience Chris was our sales person and did everything he could to fill our needs and wants in a vehicle he was very knowledgeable and helpful there was no pressure to buy any certain vehicles we did finally pick out a Nissan rouge that we absolutely love so a big thank you to Chris and the rest of the staff at Tom Hesser Nissan for the painless purchase and all the help you gave we are very happy customers and will be going back to them again

The one day i was there I was talking to a lady in sales. I have a 2017 Altima Sv for a trade. Whoever does the estimates needs to get his head out of his a$$. He had the audacity to come in with a number for a very well used 2009. I will never go back there!

We live almost 2 hours from this dealership and Jessica has become our go to girl when we need a new car.
