was there today-sign says call and they will leave part. didn't have phone so i knocked- guy looked right at me and said (read the sign)!! i said didn't have a phone and he through his hands up. guess they dont like customers. he needs to see part -he could have asked me. you should never treat a customer like that. its ok. lowes had what i needed. wanted to give business to them. forget it. was going to also ask about a furnace---you lose.
