First of all let me say this: If you are having problems with your heater or A/C go to Home Depot or Lowes and buy a thermostat (\$10-\$60). Installing it consists of disconnecting 2 wires from the old thermostat on your wall, then connecting those 2 wires to the new thermostat. In many cases this will solve your problem. If not, return the thermostat and call somebody else. I called Torrance Plumbing to fix my wall heater (read total value when new just a couple of years ago: \$400). Just a word of caution.This place is expensive and customer service is abborant.If you should buy something in the parts dept.,and for some reason you need to take it back,be aware there is a 25% percent restocking fee.So for 100 dollars,look at getting 75 dollars back.What a joke.And than they act as though they are doing you a favor.Quite honestly I am unsure how this place has stayed in buisness.Run,dont walk from this place,better yet,dont go here in the first place
Very expensive and did not complete the job properly.Took weeks to finish and I had to keep calling to getthem to come back and re-do it.
