Whatever happened to morals & ethics? Where in the process of becoming a surgeon, joining a team and marketing yourself did it turn into greed? While surgeons there might be able to perform good procedures (I can't confirm), because of the "abusive medical billing practices" by way of the lack of transparency with the costs for simple procedures, its apparent that their billing team regularly engages in very shady business practices by not disclosing outrageous pricing for simple procedures which can be done much cheaper. Very thankful to have found this group! About a year and a half ago they found a nodule that turned out to be cancerous in an ultrasound. I am now cancer-free and Dr. Wayne Wightman has been very helpful on making me feel like a human again!

Being a gymnast for many years has left my body a bit ravaged..... I went to see Dr. Wayne after increasing back pain was starting to get in the way of my everyday life. At my consultation he went over the different routes we could take with my treatment, he was kind, informative and very thorough. I cant wait to start my treatment next week and with the help of Dr. Wayne im confident I will be in flipping shape again very soon!!

After 2 surgeries in the 80's and 40 years of playing basketball my right knee is a mess. I have been unhappy with my ortho doctor at Kaiser and decided it was time to get a 2nd opinion. Dr. Wayne Dougl was outstanding. He explained to me that I need a total replacement and showed me the latest advancements in TKR. He was very knowledgeable and had a great bed side manner.
