Terrible experience. They are completely booked, and have personally done little to actually help me with my issue. Go literally anywhere else. I had an initial consultation appointment in July. Then scheduled sleep specialist follow up at the next available date, which happened to be OCTOBER. I did a sleep study, then scheduled my follow up. They have COMPLETELY lost my follow up appointment, and NEVER sent me an email to check, or remind me about any appointments.
My info didn't get cent to my UCLA where it was asked and scheduled to do.
Kathrine is the worst ever. She was disrespectful and kept yelling at me all the time. She was speaking slowly and yelling like I can't hear her. Every time I ask her something she says she doesn't know! Every single time. And she blamed me for her colleague mistake. They didn't send me the papers I needed to sign so she blamed me for that! Do not waste your time going here. After 4 calls and leaving 2 messages I have yet to receive a call back from this establishment. If they are this poorly run that they can not even return a phone call I would not trust them to be competent in the other aspects off their services. I went with another sleep center.
