i love Dr. Nguyen so much <3 The care him and his team have provided me has changed my life for the better and im so grateful!! they are very responsive and friendly and the office visit has gone smoothly each time as well

Look elsewhere if you are in need of a surgery. They will take you in and blindside you. My son was checked at this office by Dr. Buttan at the beginning of this year and was told he needed surgery. At the same time he was placed on a treatment, given some medication, and told to wait 3 months to see how it worked. Now that the 3 months have passed, he is being told that their office do not operate. Terribly rude lady over the phone , asked if they took my insurance and she was like "we do not." And I said ok well have a good day and she hung up without saying a word. You never know who you're talking to over the phone. You should do your job better since I used to work in a home health care agency and I treated all patients with respect, no matter what question they asked.

My experience has not been so great. 1.Doctor's are so busy that they are in rush to get out of the room as soon as they enter the room. 2.They are not focused on patients concerns which may be affecting day to day management of the patient. 3. All dr. Wanted is to put me on an insulin pump and on a cholesterol medication that I don't even need. This is mind blowing to me!!!! 4.Worst is, dr. Denied my request to check out my skin Rash which could have been related to my medical condition. His words were "Go see primary care ... read more
