While I give the emergency room doctor James Jiang (thank you!!) and his staff (thank you!!) a 20 star review, I cannot say the same for those who checked me in. When you walk in the ER bleeding from a headwound, when you are holding a towel to the top of your head saturated in fresh blood, when you have blood dripping down your face, arm and covering your white shirt, you would think ONE person in the ER would ask if you were okay and ask a few questions. Ty Liz and the rest of the staff in recovery for taking care of my dad after knee surgery.
Google took me to the wrong entrance and had to drive all around to find parking which was on the opposite end of campus, only to find out that there was a parking structure across from the ED. 🤯 Came in with a painful eye bag. Intake/triage was immediate and then waited for about 10 minutes. A nurse came and got everyone who was waiting and placed us in the ED Annex beds.
