Unfortunately I ended up going there twice in a short amount of time with my 2 year old but both times the staff here were great. They were professional, experienced and put my mind (and nerves!) at ease. Both Dr. Jiang and Dr. Leppek plus all the nurses- Shane!! were great. Can’t recommend this ER enough.
Was there for 13 hours getting a echocardiogram and stress test. It should have been a 3 hour visit. They almost kept me overnight. The place moves like molasses and milks your insurance.
I won’t ever come back here, I was born in this hospital and I am so disappointed in the care I got, I went to another er and my heart rate was dangerously high. The doctor had me sitting in the hallway the entire time I was there and he discharged me didn’t perform an ekg or nothing just took blood and an x ray and didn’t listen to my concerns i don’t remember the name of the doctor but I know I won’t be coming here again I’m not having it, I can go to another better er like cedar Sinai. DONT COME HERE ITS NOT WORTH IT.
I’m a travel ER nurse from Boston and the black registration lady was so rude, she should not be working.
