Worst ER experience ever. My wife’s severe post-surgery infection was missed and she was sent home, making her condition worse. Dr. Peter was careless, unprofessional, and negligent — avoid him.
While I give the emergency room doctor James Jiang (thank you!!) and his staff (thank you!!) a 20 star review, I cannot say the same for those who checked me in. When you walk in the ER bleeding from a headwound, when you are holding a towel to the top of your head saturated in fresh blood, when you have blood dripping down your face, arm and covering your white shirt, you would think ONE person in the ER would ask if you were okay and ask a few questions.
