Extremely long wait, ER is super full. Doctor was nice & my nurse was very helpful, but never figured out why I passed out... just got discharged & I shouldn't be driving now 🤷‍♀️. It took 25 minutes to find 1 parking spot in garage. My last visit to this ER, a female PA put me on wrong medication for an infection, so I had to go back to another ER to fix her mistake SMFH & I knew she screwed up & bills like a doctor, it should be illegal! All CA ER's are a zoo, avoid if possible.

Terrible pediatric care on the emergency department. My worst healthcare experience. My 17 month old daughter arrived with shortness of breath and a low % of oxygen. It took them multiple exams and over 4 hours to give her a medicine, the nurse that took care of her had absolutely no skill to deal with a baby and instead of asking for help, kept doing the wrong thing, was not able to put a IV in her properly, leaving her little arms all purple and not solving the problem. Takes a really long time, small waiting room. There is so many people and no space that nurses and doctors have to help patients in the waiting room. The hospital is pretty nice if you make it in and don't end up leaving from the very long wait.

There's no organization to the ER waiting room. Youre told to walk through the metal detector as you look at the security wondering if hes going to guide you as to what you do next. The waiting room is so small with limited amount of seating, that people are standing anywhere they can since the majority of seats are taken up by visitors. Literally as I am typing this a patient walks in with four family memebers. Why in the world would you allow visitors primary seating over your patients?!
