I will ever come here again. They take too too long to take care of you, my eye was killing me for about 3 hours and still waiting. Every worker is on there phone walking super slow. I think I would get better Service at the county hospital. I don’t know why I pay for the insurance..
AWFUL, should have gone to LCOM (on my insurance) but this hospital was closer and on my BF's insurance. I thought he was having a stroke, went up to ER window and the intake woman (Lucy) was so rude and cocky, she shouldn't be working with people, zero personality, put her in the back to file. I calmly explained what happened and I was NOT long-winded at all and she cuts me off and interrupts and says "why are you here?". I said I'm trying to explain what happened.
