Wonderful doctor! Dr Kwong listens intensely and is a great communicator. Other doctors can learn a lesson or two by watching her interact with her patients.
I have to accompany my sister to this office and frankly the attitude and manners the attendants there is very unpleasant. Very rough and abrasive. No bedside manner what so ever. The doctor is very pleasant, but the help is plain rude!!
