Very professional and courteous I have been a patient of Dr.. Yamada for more than five years, and I have never had a bad experience.. The receptionists and assistants are very professional and pleasant . Dr. Yamada is very personable and gentle. He constantly checks with me during treatment to ensure that I am not experiencing pain.
