Had a VNG test done by Dr. Ryu, my first time taking this test. Filled out the questionnaires from a link they provided before the appointment and went in 15 minutes before my appointment time and was called in on time. The complete test was around 90 minutes and Dr. Ryu was very gentle and explained everything thoroughly. She made sure that I was fine after those tests before releasing me.
Great place! Professional staff, very clean offices, punctual, and Dr answered all my questions. This was my first appointment and I was not sure what to expect- I am a person of "color" and have experienced unwelcome office staff at times. But, I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you for your polite and professional attention.
My son needed a hearing test after visiting the ENT again. This is our second time here since 2019, we won’t go elsewhere . Staff is friendly, they were great when my son was 4 and been better now that he’s 10. Quick results. No waiting. Highly recommend
