I was super nervous about getting my son circumcised. They made me feel so comfortable and my son as well. The nurse spoke with me and even joked with me to take my nerves away and it worked thank you. Although i did not stay in the room during the procedure my sons grandmother did and it was amazing they played music to calm him down they made sure he was ok during the the whole process. Got adult circumcision in 2024, after recovery, there was excess skin and after rechecking with dr. Nyugen he said it's normal. Don't recommend, was told I have to pay another $2000 elsewhere to correct it.
If I could leave a negative star, I would. This doctor botched my son's circumcision. We waited to see if he would grow into it and at 16months he's grown a bit but it still looks the same. We went for a consultation and after he realised that he couldn't convince us that his botched circumcision was normal, he resorted to telling us we signed a waiver so we have no recourse and he can't be responsible for correcting it. Dr Nguyen is a phenomenal doctor who is informative, takes the time with his patients, explains the procedure, talks you thru the procedure, he’s gentle and kind and has exceptional care and bedside manners. We highly recommend this doctor and the Scarborough location. Thank you for being there for the patients and the parents before, during and after the procedure
Dr Nguyen does not care, please go somewhere else! my baby newborn son was in so much pain and he was gas lighting me. There’s so many other clinics on Toronto east end. I was ignorant and ignored the reviews. I wish I could have went back in time and go to someone else instead on the east end. Trust me there are specialized doctors who care and ensure my baby health…
