Great ambiance, creative drinks, delicious food & excellent service! The miami vice is my fav cocktail. Matt (bartender) is a true mixologist. Olivia and Isabelle (servers) & Carlos (management) really know how to create a superb DINING experience! I can't say enough great things about Toro Toro. It's one of my FAV places. Check it out for yourself.
