I chose Toro Toro for my wife's surprise 40 th Birthday party because of Yahaira Suriel who referred me to the restaurant. She is a great asset to the restaurant and accommodated my every need. The food was excellent, but by far and away the service was superb because we were a group of 40. I know how hard it can be on a restaurant. Ruth and Aimee the servers were all over the tables.
