The most compassionate loving people – This is a kind, compassionate, knowledgeable hospital. They are experienced, and competent, but also understand that our pets are family. I cannot recommend this hospital more....
unhappy experience I am so disappointed. The hospital closed with all sorts of conflicting messages. Now my dog's medical records are at Romie Lane Pat Hospital. I have had a terrible time getting my records. They were not nice. Now I found out that Portola Animal Hospital did not close - the old owner came back and its called Toro Park Animal Hospital. They have been super nice.
A Great Hospital – This is a great hospital. The staff is so very helpful and generous with their time, like they really care. My dog was handled with care and Dr. Kay is fabulous. She took time to explain everything and called personally to check up on us. It's hard to find a good vet and I'm really happy to have found Portola.
