Amazing. Just amazing. Every dish made me exclaim with delight. I would proclaim it my favourite until the next course arrived. Not a single disappointment. Perfect pacing. And each course had it's own setting and dishware which gave presentation that next level of interest and excitement.
Indescribable, but I'll try. Amuse Bouche, tasting menu, what ever you call it, each is an absolute gem, complex...there is a perfect note of acid throughout this month's offerings, with savory finishes that linger just long enough to meet the next course. You can't help but recognize that each course perfectly and logically builds to the next, if you take the time to concentrate on the offerings.
