We started Toria's to offer clients in the Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA areas high quality work at a reasonable price. The need for such a company in this area was great! When we opened our office, we received so many calls from people. They really needed help, but could not afford the high prices that so many companies charge for housekeeping. Avoid Toria's at all costs.... – I called Toria's after my beloved last housekeeper quit. They sent someone out the same week. The housekeeper they sent informed me she had not cleaned before. She was at my house for 5 hours and could not manage to finish 2000 square feet(3 beds, 2 baths), and what she did clean do was awful, Streaks etc, It was so bad that I felt compelled to write this review. Toria's Housekeeping – I'm so sad to report a very negative experience with Toria's housekeeping. I paid 2 professional cleaners $159 for 8 hours of housecleaning and they only cleaned 3 rooms....and those rooms weren't even cleaned well (mirrors streaked, garbage cans not emptied). I asked that the cleaners start with the most used rooms (kitchen and den), but they didn't even vacuum, dust or clean the countertops....in fact, they didn't do anything in my stated priority rooms.
