When we opened our office, we received so many calls from people. They really needed help, but could not afford the high prices that so many companies charge for housekeeping. Toria's is the right housekeeping service for us. Kelly sent us an excellent housekeeper, Annika. She is punctual, reliable, and does a thorough job. Because we travel we needed a service that would allow for flexibility in the scheduling. It is delightful to return to a home in sparkling condition. We definitely recommend this service provider.
I contacted Toria's to get service for my Pastor and his wife who were relocating to a new church out of state. I called on Monday morning and Toria's immediately went to work. They were able to schedule a housekeeper the next day that fit into LIsa's very tight window on a very short notice. According to LIsa, the housekeeper was on time and did an amazing job. I've been satisfied for the last seven years – I have been using this agency for the last 7 years, twice a month, with the same cleaner since the beginning. She has the keys to my house, and is absolutely honest and reliable. What is most important to me, she gets along very well with my animals and never complains about cat hair all over the place (not even in shedding season). Not a fan..... Of excuses, or a dirty floor.. – Toria's boasts about how they follow your prioritized list, and call after your first cleaning to make sure you are satisfied. Neither of these things happened when I used their service. The website states that Toria's is Licensed, Bonded, and Insured, but does not make it clear that the housekeeper that they will send is not an employee of Toria's, and may or may not be licensed, bonded, or insured on their own. Great service! – We hired Toria's to clean our house a couple months ago and they have been great! They always come on time and leave the house perfectly clean. Very recommended!!!
The reviews by "hood888" and "earing" are bogus. – As the President of Toria's I'm always concerned when we receive ratings other that outstanding. Therefore I've personally reviewed our records (we keep records of every service performed by every housekeeper to every client we have ever served) and believe that the two ratings by "hood888" and "earing" above are fake - i.e. they were posted by competitors.
