RecommendedPositive experience! Hopefully you get to work with their agent Ryan Knapp — he did a great job for us as buyers. We gave him the difficult task of finding a great home in a high price area, while on a budget. Just 1 month later, he found the right home for us, negotiated the price down $70k, and we closed efficiently. I would describe Ryan as a GREAT listener, with respected professionalism. Valerie Torelli runs a good group of agents here.
They get the job done, but with lots of broken promises, unnecessary drama and miscommunication/lack of follow-through, and ultimately taking credit for things they didn't do to complete the sale. *Lots of room for improvement*
I would prefer not to have flyers placed inches away from my NO SOLICITOR sign...

Thank you Valerie and Torelli Realty for including us (Estancia Cheer & Costa Mesa Pop Warner) in all of your annual community events! Torelli Pumpkin Patch (Fall), Torelli Snow Day (Winter), and the Torelli Egg Hunt (Spring)...all free of charge to the public. I don't know how you manage to offer this every year, but I'm sure the kids and families in Costa Mesa are grateful!!! We are!!!!!
