We ordered 7 tacos to-go online. Got them home, 4 of them were wrong. Called in and asked for them to be re-made as ordered, then drove back to the store about 10 minutes later. After arriving, I waited 15 more minutes before going back up to the register to ask why numerous orders were being brought out but not mine. The manager told me that there were other orders in front of mine. Love their tacos!! The staff is cool, but hipsters as far as the eye can see.
Can I give a negative star? 45 min wait time for a 5 dollar taco smaller than my hand. Had to take it to go because I had to be at work. It was ice cold and looks like cat vomit!!!! Left it sitting open on my table, my garbage disposal of a dog wouldn't touch it, and he eats rotten eggs from the trash and his own poop! This is insane! If I could give you 10 � I would!!! I’m from Michigan and in town visiting for a week. My best buddy brought me to Torchy’s for lunch. I was hooked �. Needles to say I had her bring me back one more time before I flew home. Can’t wait to visit you next time I’m in town .
I've been to Torchy's in Amarillo and it was great!! So I figured Lubbock would be no different. Most of the service was great and food was good too but the cashier messed up my order and cost almost $50 for 2 people. She also didn't seem happy or happy to answer my questions, which wad the reason my order was messed up. We during wad fixed and I'll return but I just think Torchy's should know to put happy people in the front. It changes te atmosphere for sure.
