Loved the concept and the classic rock music. However, I would make some changes. Since you order the tacos a la carte, it gets kinda' pricey if you want three or four tacos. I would suggest that they offer a three taco plate, instead of having to order each taco separately. Also, it would be great if they offered flour tortillas as an option with each type of taco, instead of serving corn tortillas almost exclusively.
