The owner contacted me right away and scheduled an appointment for me to see the car the following morning. They were very courteous and went over all the details. The paperwork & registry went smoothly. They went over all the vehicle controls and operation so I felt comfortable driving away and answered all my questions. I don't think I have ever had a salesperson do that with me. I love this BMW x3!
Excellent dealer. Excellent price. Posting was accurate, price was as stated, dealer was upfront about their fee ($100). Dealer was accommodating with schedule, courteous, and straight forward. Unsupervised test drive, did not mind me poking around the vehicle and spending extra time checking out under the hood, etc. Dealer did not pressure me for financing or extras, but did secure a better rate (2.94%) for me and I did purchase a reasonably priced extended coverage.
