Gregg Poirier was quick to respond to several questions I asked. Unfortunately, the Frontier did not fit my body! I hit my head getting in and out and the seats felt like they should go back another 6 inches. Otherwise, I think it's a great mid-sized truck. Gregg's entire inventory was so cool looking that the truck looked out of place!
Excellent experience, no pressure, attentive, small dealer, positive customer experience, and fair dealing. Ending up purchasing a vehicle the week following initial visit and test drive.
Dealer responded, but we weren't interested in the car.
Lied over e-mail, phone and directly to my face about availibily of a car that they had advertised. Made me drive all the way to Topsfiels for nothing.
