Michael AVOID !!!! Charged $160 for highlights on 14 year old. Way over anything reasonable. Owner won't call back. We made an appointment & she was busy. Instead the girl took 4 hours for highlights!!!! INCOMPETENT AVOID AVOID
Don't even go here! If I could give this place Zero stars I would. They also turned my hair a shade of green! I told everyone, my friends, classmates, and everyone I knew in Tallahassee. I had several responses which included "why did you even go to Toppers in the first place?" I was shocked to see how many + reviews they had in December 2010.
