Poor customer service – Make sure to order flowers here if you want to WAIT 3 DAYS for them to be delivered and have them delivered at the exact time that has been specified as not working. Not only that the flowers show up and looked like a wedding reception arrangement - ick.

What this person fails to mention is that she called on a Saturday at about 12:30 for a floral deliver 3 time zones away thus 3:30 in the recipient's time zone. We called every florist in the area to see if the order could be delivered on Saturday for her. The soonest any florist in the area could deliver would be on Monday. We called the sender & she said OK. If the flowers weren't satisfactory, she never let us know or we would have taken care of the problem.
