Bought a car from Ted at Top Notch in July of 2020. They never removed the lien from my title. I moved to a another state last year and you must have a title to register a vehicle here. I have been calling Ted and messaging him for an entire year and no response. I was able to register my vehicle because I still have AZ plates and drivers license and registration was sent to my sister in AZ and she forwarded it to me. Top Notch jerk Ted just keeps ignoring me. I am going to file a complaint about this
These guys are scammers. They sold me a 4Runner with frame damage. Dealers are legally required to disclose that type of information, which they of course didn't. The owner claims they weren't aware. If it's true they still must refund me the money and take the car back which he refuses to do. Ignorance doesn't give them grounds to refuse a refund and "as is" sale does not protect them.
