These guys are scammers. They sold me a 4Runner with frame damage. Dealers are legally required to disclose that type of information, which they of course didn't. The owner claims they weren't aware. If it's true they still must refund me the money and take the car back which he refuses to do. Ignorance doesn't give them grounds to refuse a refund and "as is" sale does not protect them. This place is terrible I would never buy another vehicle from them, bought a vehicle in May it is currently August no registration no title,
Purchased a vehicle from them 07/04/24. As of 09/21/24 I still haven’t received my license plate, registration and title. Contact with them provides only lies and excuses. The owner Ted gets defensive when called out on his lies. Would never do any business with this place under any circumstance.
My husband told them we would be coming to test drive a car the next day. We drove an hour from Kingman and when we got there they were closed and when he texted the guy again he said they aren’t open today. Also, the car we came to test drive has a broken mirror that is conveniently left out of the photos. Not very “top notch”
