The manager is Great and has an awesome costumer service.
I was told there was a lifetime warranty on my Maui Jim for any and all damages. I would just need to send them in and they would fix them for free… FYI NOT UNLIMITED OR FREE REPAIR!! I have a slight bend in my frames and I have to pay 80+$… won’t spend money on these again. So irritated
Sienna was incredible! Very patient, kind, and honest. She told me when something didn’t look good on me and didn’t pressure me at all when I showed interest. Awesome experience overall! :)
