I've bought many cars over the years, and this is one of the best experiences I've had. Tian helped me, and was very good, no pressure whatsoever, and was very patient as my wife and I both had to test drive multiple times and multiple cars to make a decision. Ethan and Eddie were both incredibly polite people with a low-pressure approach to selling cars. The quality of their inventory was very high and they are gracious and responsive negotiators. Would definitely buy a car there again, my daughter loves her 428i.
