We had bought a previous second-hand car from a private party one year ago, and had so many issues with it that we wanted to change. When we arrived at Topline, Ethan was really helpful and honest about the car we were interested in. We asked to have a third-party check, and he agreed immediately. The Toyota dealer told us that there was some minor part that needed to be changed, and this was done by Topline's mechanics at no expenses for us.
