I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about my experience. After getting my very long hair completely botched at a walk-in salon (uneven length and totally messed up face-framing layers), I was panicking. If I could give it a zero, I would, based on experience with my daughter and pictures others have posted of finished hairstyle, curls, etc. along with general attitude of staff/ owner which was completely unacceptable and bad stylists, especially for price. Horrible experience, left my daughter in tears.
This is the first review I’ve ever left because my experience was that bad. My hair came out so choppy I think the hairdressers care more about chatting a story than caring about how the haircut looks. My “curtain” bangs came out as oversized regular bangs and she argued that they don’t get blended in to the rest of the length so it’s just one big dramatic drop from super short “curtains”.
