This is is not my first time here and it's only out of necessity that I stop here. The RV park is awful. They crowd campers into one section and leave a perfectly good area unused. The sites are shabby with garbage strewn about. As far as the restaurant goes, it was disappointing, with a long wait to seated and an even longer wait to get the food, which was mediocre, at best. Now that I've discovered a camp ground on the opposite side of the lake, I'm NEVER coming here again.

We stayed in the RV park with our 5th wheel. When I called for reservations was told no pull throughs were available, my husband had to back up into a narrow site, next morning there were 2 pull throughs still vacant! The bathrooms were fairly clean, they have two showers and you have to walk through the first one to get to the second. Both have cheap handheld shower heads and the one was laying on the floor. This is a very nice Lodge to stop in on the way to Reno or Tahoo. The rooms are very clean and have a beautiful view of Topaz Lake. Not a 5 star resort, but for what you pay, it is a nice place. The Casino isn't really huge, but they have a lot of different Video games, and some live table games as well. The food in the cafe was exellent. They have a Prime Rib Special on Mondays, and a All you can eat pasta special and $ 5.95 steak and Egg special.
