I took my car in for a car wash and left and I noticed that my passenger side dealership mat was ripped I went back to let the and head Mgr Jonas know what had happened and he said that he would talk to the guy who touched my mats and he asked him in front of me in Spanish if he did it and they guy said no and I told him who ever vacuumed my mats did it and he said we don’t vacuum the mats we use a brush and shake them then he took me in the office to review the video and guess what they do vacuum the mats and the guy was al... read more
