Jim and Shawn are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They took time to explain to me how things worked around the home. Any questions I had were welcomed and explained. With both of their experiences and knowledge together I felt like I we got a 2 for 1! 2 sets of expert eyes! I couldn’t be more satisfied and will work with either of them anytime again!
I am extremely impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the inspector. Brandon was so thorough, took considerable time to check everything and also explained things as he went along. Additionally, the ease of scheduling (even on a holiday) and his promptness are highly valued. The written report was received within (actually less) than 24 hours and exceeded my expectations!! Well written and very complete.
