I’ve used multiple Top To Bottom inspectors for my clients and they’re awesome. They have loads of knowledge and enjoy educating us. Recently, Joseph Ponton went above and beyond for one of my client’s inspection. The seller didn’t leave a key for the utility room to be inspected but Joe wanted to make sure everything checked out, so he drove over to pick up the keys. Most inspectors would have probably left it at that but he took initiative and we’re super thankful.
Absolutely love working with Bob. His experience with being a builder as well as an inspector is a major plus. Making the whole process a comfortable experience!

Bob was our inspector and he was awesome! It was a rainy day and he walked up to my car, introduced himself AND offered me his umbrella. He has such a warm personality. The inspection was thorough with nothing left out and he even offered possible solutions to the issues that were found. I left with an understanding of the inspection.
