Out inspector, John, was very thorough and explained to us what he found and what needs to be done for it. He made sure that we and our agent understand every bit. So I can say we have a good experience.

Our realtor recommended Top To Bottom Services for our home inspection. We originally had a foreclosure inspected by Jim. The house was a nightmare! But Jim was wonderful, down to earth and honest.
