Very honest and fair company to deal with. John was our inspector and was very straightforward and thorough with our new home inspection. We plan on using him again and Top to Bottom in the future

The inspectors from, Top to Bottom Services were outstanding. As first time home buyer's, my wife and I were very pleased with their service. Bob Enders showed a tremendous amount of patience with us as we had a ton of questions. He was very detailed with his inspection and spent time explaining his results at the conclusion of his inspection. Top and Bottom as a title is a very appropriate name as the inpector Brad Denhard literally inspected so very thoroughly every necessary item and reports on it. He answered all my questions and concerns very well and carefully and made great suggestions to every concern I had.
