Jason made our home inspection so enjoyable, and went above and beyond what an inspector has to do! We're first time home buyers and he made sure we understood how to use things in the home, safety issues, etc! My husband and I feel way more at ease about maintaining things in the home, and are so grateful Jason took the time to do that for us ( especially since we were the last appointment of the day!) Jason was so fun, but also so knowledgeable! Anyone looking for an inspector should go with Jason!
RecommendedJason did a home inspection for us on a Saturday when we had a tighter-than-usual deadline. He took his time,was thorough, walked us through everything we had questions about, and made sure we understood the ins and outs of the house.
I've never worked with an inspector with as much knowledge as Jason. As the buyer, Jason walked through everything he looked at and provided a great education. Right down to how to start my 1st gas fireplace and how to unclog a drain just in case! Definitely would recommend and he will get all of my referrals in the future as well as any future business. Phenomenal experience and he has a great sense of humor!!!

At each point during the inspection he made sure to keep me informed of his findings and how to address any potential repairs that would need to be made. I will hire Jason to inspect my next House! He was fantastic! He did his job profession ally but had such a good and fun personality that I wasn't confused or scared of him! I'm a first time home buyer and he explained everything he did to me. He was fun and just made me laugh! Amazing!
