RecommendedJason was incredibly helpful. He went to lengths to make our inspection fit the schedules despite us having to reschedule twice on short notice. Conducting the inspection, Jason is straight to the point and tells you how it is without sugar coating. He was fast during the inspection and with creating the inspection report. I would highly recommend Top to Bottom.

I was pleased when Jason responded to my inquiry about an inspection very quickly. Whereas one company responded two days later and another didn't respond at all. Jason was not only punctual but he took his time inspecting and explained things to my husband and I very thoroughly! As a first time home buyer, Jason made the home inspection the least of my worries! He was there on time or earlier, looked at everything, explained things in normal people language, and wouldn't leave until all of my questions were answered! Super down to earth, lightens the mood, points out the negatives but brings it up with a positive. He will definitely be a recommendation to any of my family and friends!
