RecommendedPurchased a pair of LED Halos for my Jeep and both halos started going bad just the other day. Both lights were in the 2 year warranty (Nov 2016 purchased date).Talked to Aaron in CS and shipped out two new replacement headlights and provided an RMA to return the faulty headlights. Amazing CS. By actually sending ordered parts.. I ordered Honda carbon fiber mirror caps, they removed the funds from my account immediately but never sent a confirmation or tracking number. Unprofessional for the fraudulent activity they have going on.
Customer service is too notch. I walked in and was helped out right away. They went out of there way to explain everything and even worked with me with what I needed. Highly recommend this place for your auto part needs. I'm extremely satisfied.
