my order is wrong and i have called and no one will answer the phones. i have called five times now and it goes to voicemail.
I purchased and HID conversion kit from them. Kit was somewhat easy to install but the enclosed instructions weren't helpful. After about 9 months one of the lamps started to fail. After numerous attempts to contact them via email on their website, which didn't exist, and a phone number, which also didn't exist, and via Facebook, I was finally about to get through to them via Facebook Messenger I was finally able to get someone to respond... after 3 days. Purchased Carbon Fiber Mirror Caps from these guys, after the finish on one of them started peeling and lifting... efforts to contact them were not successful and they just chose to ignore me. Not buying any products from them again. I bought led side markers from them that ended up going bad and they did replace those but I guess they don’t hold their customer service for all their sales.

Have a LED headlight that has water in it. I have emailed, called, tried to chat and left numerous messages. Top Tier refuses to contact me back. Poor poor customer service. What do I have to do to get them to honor the warranty?
